Returns and Refunds
All items shipped have a 10 day 100% money back guarantee. If you receive an item and don't like it for any reason, call or email for return shipping instructions. There is no fee or penalty for returning any item. Item must be returned in same condition as received. If any sizing, setting, or alterations are done on the item by anyone other than Sarah Michiko Designs, the item can not be returned.
Our Shipping Policy
Rings which only need sizing will typically ship within three - four business days. Bands and mountings typically ship within 3-4 weeks, and often earlier. If you have a specific deadline, please note this in the comment section of the order form.
